Individual Counseling

Individual counseling (sometimes called “psychotherapy”) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a trained therapist—in a safe, caring, and confidential environment—to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, work through areas of concern or dissatisfaction in your life, and develop growth and insight, and help you achieve your desired goals and improve your overall well-being.

Family Counseling

Family counseling is a process through which family members (whomever the client identifies as “family”; this can include but is not limited to couples, parent/child, extended family members) works with a trained therapist to identify specific areas of conflict and/or aspects of their relationship they would like to change, and then develops a plan of action to improve this relationship and the individual’s abilities to communicate more effectively with one another

Assessment

Assessment for a variety of social/emotional/behavioral disorders is available. School base Psychological assessment services are available by contract.
